In-store Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product. You can return a product for up to 30 days with receipt from the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We currently have a no return policy on our crystals. Our store is unique in that we hand-pick, cleanse, and charge each stone. Due to the individual cleansing and energy-charging process, no returns or refunds will be granted. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Online Return Policy

Shipping

See item details for estimated arrival times. Your Inner Light is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier. No refunds available on damaged or undelivered items. Please ensure that you have submitted an accurate and secure shipping destination. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping destination submitted, shipping charges will be incurred to reship items.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Due to the amount of ordering platforms and customers we have, it is your responsibility to follow the tracking status of your package.

Will be held for 60 days, after which your order will be cancelled. No refunds will be granted after 60 days. Please contact us within those 60 days to ensure that the proper address is received.
