Shipping

Please allow a 14 day processing time. Your Inner Light is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier. No refunds available on damaged or undelivered items. Please ensure that you have submitted an accurate and secure shipping destination. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping destination submitted, shipping charges will be incurred to reship items.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
